Modular Waste-to-Hydrogen Solutions
Harmony Hydrogen
Transforming solid waste and residues into green hydrogen with scalable, site-adaptable systems built for real industrial conditions.
Our systems
Harmony Hydrogen is currently developing modular waste-to-hydrogen systems that convert municipal solid waste, agricultural residues, and industrial by-products into green hydrogen.
Our systems are built to convert locally available residue streams into hydrogen through thermochemical conversion. Their modular design allows each installation to be adapted in scale, configuration, and operating mode based on feedstock characteristics and site-specific requirements.
Systems can operate on site or as dedicated processing units. When deployed close to the waste source, this enables hydrogen production directly from existing residue streams while reducing transport requirements and logistical complexity. Anticipated applications include agri-industrial facilities, processing plants, distributed industrial operations, and selected municipal waste streams. Our focus is on reliability, scalability, and operation under real industrial conditions.
Our technology
The technology under development is based on established thermochemical conversion routes, combining pyrolysis and gasification within a modular system architecture. The system is assembled from industrial components including reactors, solids handling equipment, gas conditioning, and downstream separation units already deployed in comparable energy and process industry applications.

Where we are
Technology development is currently carried out between the United States and Southeast Asia. Primary technical activities are scheduled to be centered in Sarawak, Malaysia, and Texas, US.
These locations were selected to reflect complementary development contexts: Sarawak for its proximity to relevant waste streams and for its positioning as a regional hydrogen hub; and Texas for its mature energy ecosystem and supportive policy framework for hydrogen development.
International project development activities support future deployments in other regions..
Project Development
Harmony Hydrogen is currently in an active development phase, with technical work, system design, and early project structuring underway. Our current focus is on advancing core technology while finalizing development pathways.
Alongside technical development, the HH2 team is engaging with potential host sites, industrial partners, and other stakeholders to assess use cases, site conditions, and integration options. In parallel, different project and structures are being evaluated to support future pilot and commercial deployments.
As development progresses, Harmony Hydrogen intends to connect with strategic partners and investors to support the next phases of engineering, deployment, and scale-up.
